5 stars for now, for heavy duty item, and made in USA. I expect these to be as secure as they claim, and last a long time, as they claim. I just got them, so time will tell. NOTE: YOU CANNOT UNLOCK THIS, REMOVE THE KEY, AND LOCK IT UP LATER. I did not see this in the description before I purchased. The lock is not able to hang out by itself without it's key. This is not a deal breaker, but it really changed the way I have to use my gate locks.Example: Normally, I would unlock my gate and open it, hang the lock on the gate, drive out, close the gate and snap the lock back in, holding onto the lock key all the while, with my other keys. This lock does not let go of it's key unless you lock it again. In other words, you need to keep that little key by itself, in the lock, until you are ready to lock it again. I've never seen a lock like this before. I have to re-configure my key carrying habits. Just thought everyone should know about this. Like I said, it's not a deal breaker, but I really had to re think my ways with this lock.My locks are fully exposed to the elements, so I will update on durability later if I have any issues with them.

Purchased this USA made weatherproof lock for my shed in early July and already it has rust and signs of oxidation/corrosion on the lock. Very disappointed with this lock. Per the Vendors description - WEATHER RESISTANT: The zinc-plated carbon steel is highly rust and corrosion-resistant. With rust-resistant zinc coating and dual-hardened alloy steel, these locks are perfect for outdoor use. I would not purchase again or recommend.

This is the best built laminated lock. It’s actually a beauty. This lock really puts Master Locks laminated locks to shame. It also puts up a fight with picking. The key way is harder to work on than your typical Master lock or Brinks. It’s also a dead core design. All in all you are getting everything you paid for here.

I bought this lock to pick it. It is insanely easy to pick. The lock is sloppy and rakes open in about 5 seconds to even a low skill lockpicker. The lock feels very light for steel, which makes me think there’s aluminum in the design. FAITH BASED SECURITY. I do not recommend.

This is a pretty good lock that uses security pins, so pick resistance is pretty good, unless an attacker has some skill. The laminated construction is not the best for destructive entry attacks, but the lock itself is sturdy and should hold up well over the years.

Very study and reliable locks. We had a scare when overnight our gate got broken into and our dog was found in a neighbors yard up the street. Now that we have these locks on the gate I dont have to fear that my best bud will get out again or anybody with bad intentions will get in!

Great price for such a heavy duty lock body with a quality locking mechanism. Spring loaded shackle. Shackle can be changed.

the average thief will not be able to break lock .
