Very nice product, work properly
It is a very good replacement, comfortable and easy to use. The king pin have a plastic tip that significantly reduce the chances of that the seat pops up when you are sailing of towing, which is nice!

Bought this for the adjustability and easy removal from a baseplate. Would have given it 5 stars but it does sink a tad when you sit on the seat.

Make sure you lube it.
It only took a few times left out on the boat for it to stop going up and down.

The seat base is mounted at an angle to the seat. One side it’s plumb, but when rotated 90 degrees it’s not plumb.
