Thrips will be the death of me. ...or at least all my watermelon and cucumber plant starters. I started dozens of seedlings for this spring & many of them started showing signs of pests.I used this on ALL of my plants - took me almost 2 days... But it has worked to save 90% of my non melon/cucumber plants!The ones that were very effected - I put them in a humidity dome (tupperware container) & am keeping them in there for about 10 days to see if it will help.Next time I will buy a more water soluble version & spread that way. Pouring into each plant's soil, covering, and then watering took too long. Great for a small collection of plants though.I also sprinkled Diatomaceous Earth on the leaves of the plants that are inside which seemed to help.I will rinse off before transplanting outside as to not harm any pollinators. Remember, neem oil & DE should be used outdoors minimally as to not hurt our insect friends.

I got these to control thrips and fungus gnats. It does not work for either one. After multiple applications over several weeks, the numbers are not reduced, there are still new thrips emerging from the soil unharmed. I don't think there were any live nematodes in this, maybe it got too hot, maybe it was too old, I don't know, but there was nothing alive here. They did absolutely nothing. All the bugs they supposedly target are thriving after weeks of repeated application and careful nurturing of the soil so as not to harm the nematodes. Stopped by to write the review because I am back here searching for something that actually works, because these codes do not seem to be alive upon arrival. PS, I've been keeping the open container in the fridge, the beads are still moist, everything appears normal except there's nothing alive to infect, or so it appears. This is an indoor and controlled environment, I don't think they're alive.

I’m assuming this is working pretty well as I’ve only seen a few flying bugs Nothing like I’ve had the last couple of years, but then I didn’t know what kind of bugs they were then. This shaker bottle of tiny little globules is so handy and easy to dispense onto plants that I’ll probably use this method from now on. It works!

The media could not be loaded. I actually believe this is working!! I have had a dramatic decrease in bugs!!!!Before this, I tried the soap method, the hydrogen peroxide, tried poison spraying, peppermint diatomacious earth, the sticky traps. Finally I decided to give this a go because I know a similar sort of mechanism works for mosquito larvae. Again, I have no real proof except my perception. Ive tried to change only one variable at a time so I can compare. Perhaps it has been the combined overall effect of all methods together... but I will definitely continue to buy this again. Preventative upkeep.I just sprinkled it on top of the soil, mixing it into the soil with a fork so its deeper in the moist layer. I have done two applications since last purchased about 3 months ago. Only felt the need to do another application because I didn't want the bottle laying around. I wanted to use it up but it seemed like one application did the trick. I have about about 25 plants in soil in my house.** much wiggling the second time I purchased, but wanted to share a video and photo under a microscope of exactly what you're getting.

This is an excellent product for fungus gnats. I often have issues with gnats and tried many home remedies which helped but after my first time applying it the gnats and larvae were gone. I will still do recommended followup dose but this product worked great. This is a real review.

They worked kind of... I had yellow sticky paper also. Unfortunately the gnats killed all 10 of my strawberry plants within a week. I noticed a decrease in the problem, but it didn't get them all. I ended up using hydrogen peroxide with water on another plant. I think the peroxide might work better seeing as they're gone after 5 days of application.

I only used maybe about 2 teaspoon of Nematodes in my pot and waiting a month, all Fungus Gnats were gone. Great product. I stored the rest of the container in the fridge and will use it again if Fungus Gnats ever come again.
