Taser Pulse+ Self-Defense Tool with Noonlight Integration

This is a first time where I had issues with a Taser product. Out of my X2 Taser or my X26C, this product was the one that gave me issues. The handle is slim to the point where the battery can barely slide into the handle using some force to insert it. I connected the two wires no problem and inserted battery to do the spark test. I decided it would be a good idea to remove the battery to insert the cartridge. This is when it got me frustrated. The battery is lodged into the handle to the point where I can't even grab it and pull it out since about 90 percent of the battery is in the handle. No matter how many times I shake the device attempting to loosen up the battery, it won't budge at all. I don't understand why Axon would have it where you press a button to release the battery not using brute force to remove it. Also, the lid on the battery capsule can come loose when inserting the battery into the handle which only adds to the frustration when inserting the battery.Update: Guess the first pulse plus I received was defective somehow. The replacement works flawlessly.
