I have started taking these already and feel so much less bloated! They are easy to take and the packaging is really nice and easy to take out with me in my handbag.My bloating has really calmed down and I haven't noticed any stomach cramping - so far so good!

Brilliant immune support supplement to help boost your immune system. I've taken vitamin D3, curcumin and green tea in high doses for years and often within similar complexes to this one so am very confident about the benefits and feel very happy to recommend them. If you're not sure if this is right for you to supplement with or not then do your research properly first or consult a professional/nutritionist if unsure but otherwise they seem a good option and will last around a month if sticking the two a day recommended, but one will probably be enough for me so should last around two months.

I’ve tried a lot of supplements that could be good for my stomach and luckily I found this supplement.One of the ingredients is green tea that is used in many for antioxidants. These highly active green tea polyphenols are readily absorbed by the gut. Curcumin is also an active antioxidant ingredient found in turmeric and contributes to digestive comfort. Lastly, the vitamin D3 is supporting good immune function which I am looking for.I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks and found its help especially with my stomach which is quite sensitive. I don’t feel so bloated since I started taking this supplement although I have maintained the same healthy diet plan for my meals as before.In general, I think that this is a good supplement but not the cheapest as priced for only one months supply.

Brilliant combination of my three favourite supplement which I used to take separately but now combined in one pill. 1000IU of vitamin D3 which is sufficient in my case to protect my bones at my 60+ age. The green tea is doing my digestion a big favour so much less bloating now. Finally curcumin which I love as Anti oxidant and also to reduce tummy bloating. Two months supply at £17.95 is a fair for my health and purse!!

I’ve used this product for a few weeks now and it has helped me a lot. I’ve noticed I get less bloated and no stomach aches. Would definitely recommend :)
