It was fairly easy to put together (instructions are on Blank Slate's website) once I figured out the it was 1 set of instructions for all the products and I wasn't actually missing pieces.I like it because you don't have to bolt it to the wall, so I didn't need a stud finder, and when I move, I won't have to fix any damage. But it makes it so that you can't close the door, and I don't have any doors at home that can always be open, so I'll have to take it down every time I'm done.

Solid training tool
This is great. I bought some holds and screwed my hangboard on too.I recently read The Rock Climbers Training Manual and have been using this to train. I flipped one of the T nuts around and hung a $3 pulley from the back of the board to incrementally remove weight as recommended in the book.

J bar not identical
The quality is good... But the J bar they send is not identical.. Now my hangboard is kinda slanting.

love this thing
love this thing. It's heavy, so when I was trying to put it up myself (I'm 5'2" 120lb), it was a little bit of sweating going on but to put it together was super easy.
