Speck Products 130037-5905 Presidio V-Grip iPhone 11 PRO Max Case, Clear/Black

My iPhone is an 11 pro, so it’s an older model. But I’ve purchased 3 of these now. They really protect well, but the ONLY thing that bugs me and the reason I have replaced them so many times is they have a weak spot. The little bridge of plastic cut out for the charging port breaks. While that doesn’t really decrease the protectiveness of the cover, I want full coverage. Since my phone is older, the cost of this case is quite low comparatively.

I’ve had this case on 2 phones over 5 years and they are awesome! I work in the oil field with my phone in my pocket and have never had any damage.

I’ve had a $50+ Casetify case on my phone for a less than a year and it already broke. Prior to that I had the Spigen case everyone online claimed was so great. It was very poor quality and shattered about 3 of my screen protectors from very, VERY minor drops. So I continued my hunt for a decent case. I purchased a few random clear cases to try, and this one for me was the winner.A good case to me needed to have: some sort of drop protection around the edges, a raised lip around the front of the phone to protect the screen when sitting face down, grippy sides, and a clear back with black sides to prevent yellowing. This case hits all of those marks.In the description it claims to be 13 foot drop rated. Not sure I would trust that. But for someone like me that doesn’t often drop their phone from much more than chest height, I think it’s perfect. The grippy sides will definitely reduce drops as well. So many cases have smooth sides that do not do well with my clumsy hands. The majority of cases I tried were very flimsy around the sides even though they claimed to have “shock absorption”. This case definitely feels the most sturdy. The sides are just a little bit bulky to where I don’t notice it while holding it, but I feel like it’s providing a decent amount of protection. It also protects my screen with the raised lip, which literally no other case I purchased had. I also enjoy that the edges are black and not clear like so many clear backed cases. I don’t care what they claim, they seem to always yellow around the edges. And the black on this case will prevent that.Overall, this $7 case is about equivalent to the expensive case I previously was using. The only thing I wish it had was the bumpers on the corners the Casetify cases have. But for the price, I’ll take it.

Perfect size.

Speck cases are extremely long lasting. I like to use it to work because I’m not worried about if I drop my phone outside. It never slips from the bottom of my hand. There are no card slots and that is the only con is it because the back has the ridges, it would be very difficult to attach any kind of pop socket or credit card pocket. However I use it as a plain black, no-nonsense, nonslip phone case and for that it’s fits the bill perfectly.

Easy to hold, always keeps a tight grip. Doesn’t slip out of your hands at all.

Speck makes the best phone cases out there. I have this model on all my phones. Holds up very well, priced great and durables.

I’ve been using Speck Product phone cases since the iPhone 6 and I’ve always loved them.Good protection and I love the rubber on the back that helps for gripping the phone and it doesn’t slip if you have your phone sitting on your lap or on the hood of your car

I love their products hands down. But the thing with the rubber parts being in a light colour, it turns colour very easily.It’s my only complaint about the product!

Awesome case! I love the pink rubber (or whatever material it is) around the edge of the case. It stops your phone from slipping out of your hands. I have dropped my iPhone 11 twice now and this case has protected from breaking. I will be purchasing in another colour if available.
