Excellent product but needs high dosages to work well
He Shou Wu (or Fo-ti) has many excellent qualities. In my case, it assisted me with increasing the moisture in the skin, darkening of hair and contributing to my sense of well being. There are many vendors which may be good but Dragon Herbs has the reputation for quality harvesting and processing of herbs. Recommended dosage on the bottle is 3 capsules each twice a day. This works out to 1500mg twice a day or a total of 3000mg. Unfortunately to really experience the beneficial effects of this herbs, I had to double each dose for a total of 6000mg per day. With the increased dosage each bottle lasts only 8.5 days. this makes it too expensive for my budget. Consequently, I am looking for a cheaper vendor (even though they may not have the Cadillac quality of Dragon herbs). I have so far consumed 3 bottles and am on my 4th. Yes-this stuff is really effective if taken at the correct dosage.

Still Have Grays
Seller shipped as promised arrived 2 days early.I have been using this product for 3 months and see no difference in my hair color. I did notice a change in my sex drive during the 1st month. The product does cause some minor stomach cramping and I noticed that I have many more regular bowel movements. I will give it another 3 months but again have not seen any change with grays.
