Kangaroo Cabinet Sewing Machine Insert

I would not recommend this product for two reasons. First, it took about 3 weeks after I ordered it to arrive, which is surprising considering it is just a piece of plastic with a hole cut in it. The Kangaroo sewing cabinet I ordered was delivered much sooner, and I had actually put it together and was using it before the insert arrived. The primary reason I would not recommend it is because it doesn't fit flush with the opening in the cabinet. It will fit around the sewing machine as long as it's not in the cabinet, but doesn't fit inside the cabinet. Since the insert is cut to fit a specific model of sewing machine, it won't work with any other machine either--even ones of the same brand. If you have a Brother sewing machine, the detachable table included with the machine works just fine with the Kangaroo cabinet. I consider this insert a waste of money since it is unusable for my machine and cabinet.

I needed a cutout for my 3/4 machine for my Horn Cabinet. I contacted the seller and he had one cut to fit the Horn table and it works perfectly.The the insert was drop shipped by Sew Steady and I would imagine, if one just needed a Sew Steady table with machine insert, this seller would be able to accommodate.I was told it would be four to six weeks for this custom order . . .but it arrived in two.
