Update to my review: I received an email from the Seller confirming this set is BPA Free - great personal touch! I love the colors of the utensils and i live using them in my metal Ninja cooking system to prevent scratches. I like the raised design that allows you to place the utensils on the counter without touching!Initial review:I like this set a lot but I have to say I am a STICKLER for buying BPA free plastic. The description states this IS BPA free but NOWHERE in the packaging or inthe outside of the box states that it is BPA Free. If I can't verify with Amazinthat it actually IS BPA free, I will return it.

Not for use!
We purchased this item inspired by the previous similar yet NOT THE SAME item from Joseph&Joseph which we owned for quite some time. The spoons will SPILL, they lay on the countertop with the support, yet the food drips anyhow. If you wish to leave them for just a second LEANING against the pot the plastic will melt. This one has the additional issues that the little plastic HANGERS are extremely weak, rather uncomfortable (Joseph*Joseph is stronger) and the "metal" part is cheaply made.

Great colorful utensils
Very nice utensil set. Got a lot of compliments on the colors and the carousel. These replaced utensils I have had for at least 16 years. The multi colored handles have a nice grip to them. Right above each utensil handle is a pedestal that keeps the utensil off the counter top. The utensil appears to be made of quality plastic that is fairly rigid. I have been using them for the past week and the utensils have been working out very well.

Great Product
Great product, this is my second one as a gift to my friend, my first was a gift to me and I thought I would never use them. So easy to get the right implement for the job when it is not in a drawer. No worries about scratching a pan or pot especially the coated ones. I also like that each one has an extension to keep it off the counter. The colors are great and last. Mine is now a couple of years old and still looks new and I use one or another of the utensils every day.

Yes! No more using paper towels to prevent my counter from getting messy while cooking. I did put a small weight at the bottom of the stand because it is really light and would sometimes fall over.

I love these tools
My hubby accidently burned a similar style spatula I had that resembled this one. I love that the utensils have a no mess feature on the bottom that allows them to sit on the counter without the bowl or end touching the surface and making a mess - no spoon rest needed. I decided to get this set with a stand. My only wish is that the top would rotate a bit easier during selection.
