Rash.
Horrible rash that lasted for days after wearing for 6 hours. Tried wearing over socks and they would nor stay in place when trying to put shoes on. The nylon ones did not have much cushion and I did not feel a difference. There silicone ones wear almost too cushiony but the rash I got from them was not worth it. A pay pal gift card for $15.00 came with it IF I gave a 5 star review. Sad since I rely on reviews.

Improve heel pain
The cushioning has lessened the pain in my heel. The over sock tends to bunch up and become tight around the foot if I leave it on too long. I will recommend this product for anyone with heel pain.

Pleasantly surprised
Been suffering with heel pain on one foot for about 6 months, i was in so much pain, a day before trying it out, i must say, i couldn't believe how much it worked, i had very minimal pain even when first applied pressure on my foot, when before it use to be cery painful

Disappointed
These seem cheap, which I guess for the price they are. I’m mostly disappointed that a card for $15 in exchange for a 5-star review is included.

Great for heel pain
These are comfortable and ease a lot of pain from the heel. I have plantar fasciitis and most of my pain is in my heels and these help tremendously so I can be on my feet longer.

Ineffective
These are so paper-thin that they do nothing. Something sold as heel cups should at least have some padding in the heel, one would think. And good luck getting a sock over them without them rolling up your leg..all the rave reviews must be from paid customers or some global placebo effect epidemic. Worthless.

The two diffeerent types wear completely different
I love the tan cloth inserts, but the gel one allow the heel to slick and makes it feel unsafe while walking. I walk 10,000 steps per day and can only use the one pair. Very disappointed due to the two different products.
