cooks eggs, doesn't poach them
If you like poached eggs with runny yolks, this won't work for you. It is a microwave cooker. So, it nukes the egg. It's impossible to get the egg whites cooked and keep the yolk runny. It's an all or none situation. I tried multiple times, and the egg yolk always came out hard. If you like hard cooked poached eggs, you'll be happy with this. It's essentially like having a hard boiled egg. That being said, it is a fast and easy way to get yourself a hard boiled "poached-style" egg to put on something, as long as you don't want the yolk to be runny.

Quick tasty poached eggs
Now I can make a quick and filling breakfast when i'm rushing for work. Avocado toast and poached eggs in 2 mins (see pic).I used to boil eggs but found them to be too dry. I found poaching eggs on a stove too messy.I bought a second one to keep at work. I add bits of ham for a tasty post morning workout snack.

Eggcellent!
Took some tweaking but this thing works well. I'm still trying to figure out how to cook it perfectly in my microwave without the lid popping open, but damn it makes a good poached egg very quickly.I have to cook it 3-5 seconds at a time for about 20 seconds on my microwave to get a perfectly poached egg. Not as easy as set and forget, but it's hard to beat a nicely poached egg in about a minute.

Perfection
Where have you been all my life, little egg poacher? In less than 40 seconds I can poach an egg and it's PERFECT. My German Shepherd absolutely loves eggs so I frequently poach an egg for him and plop it on top of his dog food. We are both happy. Easy clean-up too! THANK YOU for this product.

not what advertised
Certainly cannot make omelets as is stated in the description. Also says in description that you can forego oils and sprays but the directions for scrambled eggs begs to differ. Not a happy camper but it costs money to return so I guess I'm stuck.

Silicone, yes! Regulating micowave to cook egg right, maybe just me, but meh
Silicone is probably safer than other plastics for cooking. Had trouble with this one "popping" lid and with regulating temperature. Maybe your luck would be better.

Waste of money
I sent this back! It will not poach an egg to save its life! I went through 18 eggs trying every setting possible. I did everything the instructions said but it was still cooking it like a hard boiled egg!

My boyfriend didn't believe that poached eggs could come out well in the microwave (I actually didn't either:) But this thing is awesome! You may waste an egg or 2 finding the optimum number of seconds for your microwave, but after you do, it's like clockwork! The only drawback is that it's a bit of a pain to clean. Not too bad if you use a dishwasher.
