I love everything about the owl robot!It’s very reassuring for those occasions we need to go out leaving our pup behind.Quality is great, easy set up, night vision works perfectly, picture quality and sound/mic is clear and you can adjust the speed to which work best for you and the type of flooring you have; excellent value for money. I cant really fault it, the only time i had a problem which connection through the app, i contacted the company and they supported me in fixing the issue very quickly, they are very approachable as i have asked them questions regarding the robot and they have been kind enough to continue with their after care, which is rare from a lot of companies these days. I strongly advise purchasing this product with them. My puppy Milo loves his little robot friend and the treats dispensed.

When it’s working it’s a lot of fun and reassuring for checking in on the cats who quickly associated it moving around with treats so come and say hi. But there is a big connection issue that needs to be sorted out before I can fully recommend it. The connection will frequently drop out and often not reconnect for a couple of hours. This seems to be something to do with the apps authentication servers rather than the robot or our broadband. The random dropouts make it very frustrating to use.EDIT/UPDATE...Removed a star. Over the last couple of weeks we have seen the eyes light up without explanation . Without a way to know why it is activating, we have no way to know if a stranger on the internet is somehow accessing this camera in our home.2nd UpdateSadly having to remove more stars. We changed internet suppliers and had to move to the new wifi network. The robot refuses to connect to the new wifi network despite trying all the compatibility modes the new modem offers. We can't get it to work at all. It is now a very expensive paperweight.

I bought this toy so i could drop in on my little cat at home while I'm away and it certainly delivers. the connection seems good even over 5g and the treat dispenser functionality is brilliant. lots of fun and the fact the videos/photos get sent and saved to your phone is really great when trying to share funny moments with a crystal clear image. Overall brilliant product and such peace of mind.

The unit itself is excellent. I do have trouble with getting it to move sometimes on carpet, I think it would be best suited to hard floors. What let’s it down is the app. It seems to just stop working or does not connect easily at times. The cats love it and as soon as I start moving it they turn up for their treats!

Good concept. Needs a bit of work on software. Certain functions don’t always work. Additionally Skymee customers service pretty much nonexistent. I’ve contacted them on few occasions with some questions but no reply. Manual included with the product doesn’t cover everything, it is quite basic and you need to work things out yourself.

Very useful product. Allows me to check on my cats when I have to go to the office. I can play around with them for a bit and give them some treats.One thing that confused me at first is that you can only change the driving speed when you are on the same local WiFi network. In the slow speed, I have a little trouble on the thick rug, or crossing certain doorways, but now I am aware I can work around this.Battery is decent as is the night vision, and the microphone optionA little pricey, but it's the only one of its kind that I could find, so it's worth the money.

The robot is really great and we are much calmer when we're leaving our cats alone for more than three hours.However, the toy that is included is real fur! As the robot is sold to animal lovers this is a big no go! I don't want my cats to play with a product that is made out of another animal.I wouldn't have bought it if I had known this!

You can feed, play video and take pictures from your phone , amazing quality , as a family we love the owl robot , worth the investment. 2 years on and this is the best thing I have ever brought , I love seeing every moment of our mums pups life and it’s been really convenient when mum has to go out. I love logging on every day to see her, we love this and it's definitely worth buying for your puppy

We bought it before we leave for our vacation in Mexico. It is fantastic with powerful functions! We can watch our cat via camera, and talking with it, several funny movements successfully attract it to spend boring, lonely time at home. Furthermore, sending treats is the most expecting thing for the pet. Recommended!

The media could not be loaded.  We love this product! It's so fun to roll around and has really great interactive features. We especially love making the product dance around. My dog is usually apprehensive with moving electronics at first but even she ended up eating the snacks from the owl! We are definitely going to set up interactive treat feeding/cruise once she gets more comfortable.Picture/video quality is great even in the dark with night vision, and the sound quality is good too! I included a photo the Owl took of my friend's cat. The set up was very fast since we already had the Skymee pet feeder. The stand by mode is great too as we have been playing with it continuously throughout the last few days and the battery is still at 99%. Definitely a great battery life which is fantastic since it requires a usb charger.Now it is so easy to see where my dog is when I am not home, and to keep her entertained as well. Really well made product. Could not recommend this product more!!

Muy buena atención al cliente por parte del vendedor, hace un par de meses dejó de funcionar y nos enviaron uno nuevo sin ningún problema, rapidisimo y con todas la facilidades.Muy recomendable en todos los aspectos!

Davvero un eccellente dispositivo, ben realizzato sia meccanicamente, sia per la parte elettronica. Webcam con un'ottima risoluzione, molto nitida. L'oggetto è compatto e nel suo insieme molto grazioso, silenzioso quando si muove. Peccato che il nostro cane (un labrador femmina di un anno, interessata solo al cibo) lo ha identificato come una preda ed è impazzito dalla voglia di distruggerlo, attaccandolo senza sosta. Nemmeno quando il robot erogava croccantini si è distratto, lo affrontava come fosse il peggior nemico. Ho dovuto, con molto rammarico, restituirlo.

Le robot fonctionne bien, il est bien contrôlable à distance, la vidéo et la photo sont de plutôt bonne qualité comme vous pouvez le voir (toutes les photos ont été prises par le robot sur l'appli). On peut être connectés à 2 en même temps et voir le chat. En revanche ça ne l'amuse pas beaucoup lui, contrairement à un sac plastique ou à à peu près n'importe quoi qui ne coûte rien ... Mais comme on est souvent loin de lui on l'a plutôt acheté pour pouvoir le voir à distance et ça remplit tout à fait cette fonction.Une petite nuance : il faut vraiment le contrôler à distance pour qu'il se promène, quand personne ne le touche il fait un tout petit geste quand le chat passe devant mais pas de quoi vraiment le divertir. Il faut donc quand même avoir le temps de se connecter et de le faire bouger si on veut vraiment amuser l'animal.
