I have had this item for a year now and it has been reliable, convenient... but it suddenly started to leak :(.

Not only has this product worked reliably in the 6 months that I’ve had it, it’s done so on a single charge. I charged it fully one time when it was initially delivered and haven’t needed to charge it again in the 6 months I’ve had it, while using it almost daily. And that’s even with it being outside in cold temperatures or being left in an unheated cabin in NE winter temps.I’ve read reviews for other dispensers that complain about the tube not sitting at the bottom of the jug and curling up. I’ve had no such issues with this one. And the dispenser fits snugly on the top of the jug.If I had to pick a con, the only one is that it’s quite a bit louder than I’d expected. You won’t be dispensing water discretely if that for some reason matters to you. (It doesn’t to me.)Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently gave up bottled water, especially for making morning coffee or tea, and started using the big, blue 5-gallon container to handle that need. This pump attaches and is very snug on the open end of the jug. The initial instruction on charging it for a LONG time before first use is great advice, as we've had it installed (and used once or twice daily for 8-10 ounces of water at a time) for a little over a month and I haven't had to remove and charge it at all. There is no "factory flavor" or taste, other than the filtered water itself, which is commendable for any drinking product nowadays.My single star off is for the charger. It doesn't come with a wall plug, which I understand, but the included USB cable is Type-A to Micro-B. Length is fine, but the Micro-USB type-B? I worry about its longevity and ability to not break over time. It's fine, it works, but I really wish the company had spent the little extra money on a Type-C connector and plug instead.Power plug standard aside, I am very happy with this little electric pump. Would I buy it again knowing about it? Yes. Would I recommend someone else looking for a pump buy this instead of anything manual? Yes. Overall, does what it needs to and is simple to use.

State is charge pumps well great for camping filling bottles I use it to fill my coffee maker I never have to take the reservoir off of it and I've had it for about a year and had no issues

Did not last long, I barely use it. Only two of us and it went dead.

It is very simple and works great. The only thing I would like better is a better fit on my water jug, but it has to be big enough to fit other jugs also.

First I bought "Ionix" Brand for 250/ which is of very Poor Quality and gone within few weeks. Soldering is so poor that It's charging port came out while removing charger.Then bought "Kufung" 2 Pumps for 457/. Very qualitative. Bright Decorative LEDs keep Blinking till fully charged. Start Button is smooth. Stops automatically when 1 litre (approx) of water is dispensed. Don't forget to charge for more than 3hrs at first charge. Later it'll take about 1hr for full charge. It's excellent.
