Swaddle Swing: The Portable Baby Swing, A Baby Swaddle and Baby Swing Combined (Mom's Choice Award Winner)

My daughter loved this product. It'd calm her down when she would get upset, but she outgrew it by 2 months old! It really should be longer. I only got to use it for one month.

This thing has done nothing less than get the attention of everyone who dose or has had to carry around 1 or more kids in the large carriers. My wife uses a body carrier but there is times when I just need to run into the store for one or more items, or I'm going some where space is limited. The best use other than in our own home is if we visit grandparents but don't want to take down, travel, assemble the large bulky swing when this takes up almost no space and requires so little effort. My boy like so many other young babies like to be swaddled and held tight, this dose just that and with 2 of the 3 straps going all the way around the baby supporting the head and feet preventing any sliding in or out. The over baby Velcro strap holds not only the arms in and to the side but will not allow for the baby to anywhere other than were you take them. We didn't know how much we would really use it but for the price thought we would try it knowing our car seat is a convertible but know we don't go anywhere with out it! Nice and solid construction, very satisfied, would recommend, and will buy again.

It's a nice idea and seems to be made with quality. However my 2 month old HATES it. I've tried outing him in it when he's crying and when he's calm and we have tried it several times and it always makes him freak out. I thought he would like I because he likes to swing and rock and responds well to swaddling. It looks like it scares him.

Great concept but unfortunately it did not work for us or our baby. He has bad stomach and gas issues and I hoped this would help calm him. Rather, he just looked very scared and went on screaming. Too bad!

At five weeks old, our baby definitely has her fussy moments. She already loves to be swaddled but sometimes she needs rocking or swaying to really calm her down. Enter the Swaddle Swing which has the magical ability of soothing her instantly. Provided her other needs are met and she's crying just because, well, she's-a-baby-and-life-is-hard-and-she-has-no-clue-why-etc., this thing does the trick!Within moments of being put in the swing, she stops her purple crying and becomes very serene. She often falls right to sleep and can then be transported to her Rock N Play for nap time.It's a tad unfortunate that the velcro noise can sometimes wake her up, but it's an important safety feature of the swing and as long as we briefly sway her right after removing her from it, she maintains her sweet calm demeanor.Baby's happy and parents are happy (plus we get the added bonus of working our arm muscles and feeling like we're doing a modified Kettlebell swing - score!).Highly recommend this product! Fussy baby approved.

Cool idea but my 7 week old didn't care for it. Also it was heavy to swing after a while. Wanted to like it but had to send it back because it didn't work for us.

This is awesome! So easy to swing your infant to sleep, but you don't have the bulk you have when trying to do it in an infant carseat. This is also great for grandma, my mother in law loves it for when she's watching my little one. Highly recommend it to new moms! I didn't have it for my baby with colic, but I think he would have loved it and it probably would have been much easier to get him to sleep for when we were away from home.

It doesn't mention that this is only for newborns. My infant was way too big for it and screamed every time I tried to put her in it since she felt like she wasn't secure enough (and she loves swings).
