How big do these need to be?
Why so much bulking agent? A horse would have difficulty swallowing these.I'm assuming they do what these supplements are supposed to, have no way of judging that, but the low star rating is purely for the size of these things - ginormous! How environmentally unfriendly do they need to be? At half the size they'd use half the plastic for the bottles, and could then be sold in foil refill packs.

Happy with the vitamins and will buy more
It's easy to swallow, size is fine.👍 I don't taste the flavour much so I usually take it with drink and a meal but it could just be me.I'll be definitely buy more when I need again. 😊

Large lozenge shaped pills. Don't taste of anything. Easy enough to swallow with a drink or with breakfast.

Useful supplement
Vitamin D is produced naturally from sunshine, but in the Uk, particularly the north, in winter, the amount of vitamin D your body can make is inadequate. You can get it from diet, but most of us struggle with that. This helps. What I was really pleased with is that this really is a supplement, as opposed to a replacement. There is 50% of your bodies daily recommended vitamin D, 56% of calcium (particularly useful for older women), 66% of magnesium - which helps sleep amongst other things, and 150% of zinc which is needed for a healthy immune system. Hence for me, this is a great winter supplement, to help even out things over the year. The bottle contains 365 tablets, so this would last an entire year if you wanted to take it daily. But checking the expiry date, I realised I could take this just for a 6 month period over winter and it would last two years that way - while being within expiry.
