Good principles for adding mass without blowing up
If you are skinny and want to get big and strong this book is a good place to start. If you are a science nerd and want to know all about ratios and macro nutrients, this isn't the book for you. If you want a simple plan to get big, pick it up.

total waste of money
John Sheaffer should be ashamed for putting out this book! Except for his cool looking covers all of his books lack relevant information. Total disappointment!!

Boom son!
Johnny Pain just keeps delivering the gold! This book makes it so easy to get your diet right and I like the fact he recommends 3 meals and 3 shakes a day as it is impossible for me to stop and eat 6 meals every day due to the kind of work I do and the shifts I work.Like one other reviewer I'm looking for fat loss at the moment but this book makes it easy to understand how to tweak it to suit this.Hands down the holy grail when it comes to a book on nutrition

again mr pain takes you're multi million pound fitness industry and makes it look stupid. no matter how many men's health magazines or nitro twin endoscopy-vit pump shakes you have, you cannot beat this book.humorous, honest, helpful guidance.bust buy for "mah gains"

As above title suggests.Solid common sense steps to help add more calories in progressive steps so you gain muscle Not fat....I already knew most of it but the extra suggestions help.
