My sons (ages 12 and 8) STRONGLY encouraged me to write this review on their behalf. They wanted other buyers to be warned of the issues they encountered with this product. Both pill kendamas arrived with broken beads, which rendered them useless. Fortunately, we had beads from a previous kendama that we were able to use as replacements. Also, the paint chips easily. We cannot recommend this product, as it proved the old adage "you get what you pay for".

Got this for my little brother, and now I am officially the best big sister ever. I don't understand why these are so popular, but if you have a 10-15 year old little boy, get one of these and just wait to be adored.

The little bead inside that holds the knot/string broke the same day and the strings have ripped! Guess for the price, it's okay but I won't buy again. I'd rather try another brand and check my luck with them.

My grandson love this type of toy. He especially liked this Kendama because it was a different shape, and more of a challenge.

You get what you pay for I guess since I had to reorder another one from Terra Kendama! Item arrived in bubble wrap with no packaging, bead came broken, spike gets stuck in ALL the side holes and the paint chipped after an hour. Very disappointed with this purchase! Will be staying away from this brand!
