Lions mane is one of my favorite Mushrooms with so many benefits. It is good for brain, nerves, heart, gut, and immune system. Lions mane supports the brain by boosting cell growth. Not only is my mind clearer, but it reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression. It helps repair nerve damage, is a natural anti inflammatory, and an antioxidant. Not only does it reduce pain in the body, it also strengthens my immune system. I'm giving my body the best chance to be happy and healthy.

This product is pretty awesome. I take Lion's Mane because it seems to increase both NGF-1 and BDNF. T It helps keep an aging brain plastic so you can learn more information. It's awesome that this is organic and that it has bioperine which may help your body absorb it better. I sent some of this for my parents who are in their 60s. It should help them sleep better and not lose their mental acuity.

From what I've read it takes time to see results with this supplement. For me, I started to feel the impact of Lions Mane after a few days of use. It's better to take it in the morning to avoid being to energized at bed time. Overall, no issues or complaints and product seems to be working.

Easy to take, no after taste, does exactly what it says-my mind is clear and focused. I love that that are vegan friendly and there is no gelatin used. This always makes or breaks if we will buy something. Will definitely be on our buy again list!

Excellent value for the price. Easy to swallow, nice if you don't appreciate the taste of lions mane. These were very efficacious for me, have me a good cognitive boost since I've gone coffee free and caffeine free. I definitely recommend this brand.
