Quiet, all hardware included. Great value.
If you don't know. The fords and mercury's aren't a nut and bolt install. The factory original is riveted in. Now on that note this item is an exact replacement. Works great, came with all hardware. Plugged right in. Had locking nuts. Half the cost at the auto parts store. Worth the money. Oh and it's quiet.

Shipping damage.
I purchased 4 of these from Amazon different brands 3 that included hardware this one was damaged bent couldn't tell till tried to install, the products are good its the boxes all were damged some missing hardware. They need to strengthen their boxes.

I was glad the installation nuts and bolts were included. Had some issues in removing the old unit, with the rivets, but overall it went well.
