Great tool for aligning metal panels
These Cleco's were intended to hold up the aluminum belly pan on an Airstream while installing allegedly 3/16" wide flange pop-rivets.The Cleco's work great - on a 3/16" hole. But the rivets need a 7/32 hole to fit, and these Cleco's can't grip in the ever-so-slightly larger hole.I ended up aligning everything with 3/16" holes and these Clecos, then removing and overdrilling one at a time.

Short Changed
So we ordered a set of 25 Cleco fasteners from Wicks Aircraft Supply. When the package arrived the package only had 23. I reached out to Wicks and told them the issue. They said they would mail me the missing 2. But since it’s been over two and a half weeks I’m thinking they aren’t going to follow through. At a minimum it shouldn’t have taken this long to make it right. I contacted Amazon customer service and they are sending me a replacement pack. I’ll count them before returning these though. Buy from someone else.

work ok so far... on the 1 project... way thinner brass and softer spring then the real cleco brand ones i have
