Simplifies Multi-Factor Authentication with Easy Setup
This device has been a great addition for managing multi-factor authentication on some of my devices. The setup process was incredibly simple, making it very user-friendly even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. One of the best things about this product is its small size, which makes it easy to carry around and use on the go without any hassle. It operates seamlessly and has made my login process more secure and efficient.Pros: The compact design is a major plus—it’s small enough to keep on a keychain or slip into a wallet. The operation is straightforward, making it accessible for quick use without any complicated steps.Cons: The only downside I've noticed is that it feels a bit flimsy. While it works perfectly fine, I would have preferred a more solid build to give it a more durable feel.Overall, it’s an effective tool for anyone looking to streamline their multi-factor authentication process. I highly recommend it for its convenience and ease of use!

Great value and works great
I bought this to avoid having to use my phone all the time for certain MFA at work and it works great. I also set it up for use with other websites as well. Very happy with the price and i like that it has a covering for the part that goes into the computer.

Gmail 2FA works well, windows is problematic.
It works for Gmail sign in (very easy setup -thanks Thetis & Google), but Windows 10 only gives the option to save and use the key in the online Windows account. Windows doesn't make it easy. It took me 4 hours to figure out how to make the key a default option on the online account in Windows. There's a myth out there that if you set up the online account with your security key that you will be able to use it to login to your Local Windows on your computer afterwards. (*Edited once I got more information about Windows 10*) this is false. Local Windows is not an App. Online Windows is an App, so the key will only work with Online Windows 10. Just to set up the key as a default option to login to online-Windows, you have to use the Windows 2FA phone app first, and then it eventually allows you to make the security key an option in the default settings, but ONLY logging into the online Windows. I only gave it a rating of 4 because of the difficulty in figuring out how to make the default setting work. The lack of documentation, on the part of Thetis was disappointing, but not surprising, considering that Yubikey is the key that Microsoft recommends. Btw, Yubikey and even Windows Hello can't login to Local Windows either so in the end I think the Thetis key was the best option.

Just as good as a Yubikey, but a lot cheaper
I like how this key has a built-in folding cover to protect the USB plug. That's one of the things I disliked about the Yubikey, that you either had to buy a separate cover or risk the contacts getting messed up and you getting locked out. Considering how much more expensive the Yubikey is, you'd think they'd include a cover. The Thetis key works just as well as a Yubikey with Okta.

Major disappointment!
I am always trying to improve the security of my 5 operating computers and I thought the best solution was the use of a 2FA key. So, I ordered a pair of these. Instructions are minimal and I was never able to get them to work, despite trying to follow the directions on You Tube. Not only did I waste $50 on these two keys, but after an hour of trying to set the security up, my passwords were all screwed up for several web sites. Since my PCs are on a network, it caused problems for all the machines and I am now trying to fix the situation. I am now forced to create new passwords for several web sites including Amazon! These keys will now find their way to the garbage can!
