Easy to install …. Very very bright

This light was so easy to install on my 2008 f-150. Original light got busted by flying debris in a hurricane 2 years ago. I got a replacement light, but wired different, all lights I shopped for were the same. I had to put tape over light, trashy looking. I finally found this one on Amazon, looked correct & reviews where good. I installed it in 10 minutes, it took longer to remove the old one. I'm a 68 year old petite woman with carpal tunnel in both wrists, THAT'S how easy it is to install. It works great & is very bright. Looks well made, so I think it will hold up well. Highly recommend!

I installed it myself pretty quickly with a screwdriver and not any experience replacing many car parts. It’s not hard. I’ve had it on for at least a month, wanted to wait to write the review until after we had gotten several rains, couple of freezes and I had taken it through the car wash several times. Seems to have sealed well. I would suggest doing what I did, when you remove the old fixture, use a bunch of rubbing alcohol pads to clean off any dirt, any left over adhesive residue, etc. before you unpeeled the backing and stuck it on the paint. It was easy to plug in and screw on. No, it’s not super bright, would look better on darker color trucks. It doesn’t quite match my stuff, but it was inexpensive and it was the only one I could find that has decent reviews. Although from what I can tell the led lights in this fixture do not look replaceable. I honestly think when they go out you will have to buy a whole new fixture again. Which really isn’t too big of a deal at this price. And they say that all of these attach no matter what the seal is not going to last forever anyways. I would recommend it. If I were to accidentally smash it tomorrow loading something into the truck bed I would definitely just reorder this same one again the next day if that tells you anything.

Easy install. The lights are bright. Cargo light is really bright. Make sure the connection wires on the blades are straight.

I was skeptical that this would easily replace my OEM 2004 Ford F-150 upper brake light. It was surprisingly easy and only took about 5 minutes. It was an exact fit and the lights are bright and easily visible in the daylight unlike my original aging light. Highly recommend this replacement/upgrade.

Very easy to install (but doesn't fit flush in the factory location, sticks up approx. 3/8 of an inch) but the gasket seals the hole. Very bright (when it works), after having this on my truck for approx. a month the left side white LED's stopped working. I contacted the seller and have not heard anything from them. I would advise to go to your local Ford dealer and have them order a factory replacement.

This bed light worked perfectly in my 05 F150. Is easy to install but as others have said- no mounting screws are provided so save the ones from your old light. Other than that is easy to connect, plugs into existing bulb sockets. Very bright, durability- we'll see only 2 weeks since install.
