i have been using iberogast for many years and it works wonderfully. however, this new batch comes from Romania with instructions only in romanian. hard for the people who are newxcomers to iberogast

It was not the German made iberogast that I have ordered in the past. It is from Bulgaria. There is no way to tell what is in it

i notice a significant difference on the days I do drink it vs the days I don't, and it definitely helps a lot. maybe it's not everything I need but it definitely helps.

Expensive for a small bottle. After following the instructions and using the whole bottle, I didn't notice any difference with my gastrointestinal issues

This is a good product for minor stomach problems. First used it in Germany and worked well. Follow the directions.

This Bulgarian herbal remedy was recommended to me by my gastroenterologist after several prescription meds were ineffective at resolving my long standing GI issues. I am not an advocate of herbal remedies, not at all, but I admit this stuff seems to have actually been effective. It is expensive. Each morning, you put (20?) drops in water and drink it. After two weeks of this, I began to see some improvement. I did this in conjunction with one teaspoon daily of psyllium. Maybe it was the psyllium, maybe the Iberogast, maybe both? GI issues and the competent management of the micro biome can be very challenging.
