BSEEDSmart Light Switch, 1 Gang 1 Way WiFi Touch Switch, Work with Alexa/Google Home, Voice/App Control Sharing Glass Touch Switches(Neutral Wire Required)

Only just installed this, so can’t comment on the Alexa integration yet. But, be warned, installation is not easy. Firstly, it’s deep, so you’ll need a deep (50mm) back box. The next problem is that the wire terminal holes are small, and you only get one for the neutral and one for the common live. Not really enough if you have a 2 or 3 gang switch. So, be prepared to use plenty of wire terminal blocks. Which won’t fit in your back box because of the space needed for the switch. Next, there’s no earth connection point for the metal frame, which makes me a little nervous (the glass faceplate clips onto it, but doesn’t totally cover the edge of the metal frame). Finally, the included screws seem to be wood screws, so you’ll need some proper switch plate screws to finish the job.

Great WiFi switch. Works well with Alexa. Would have got five stars but I had trouble getting it to work with the Smart Life app recommended. After a little Googling found that it works best with the Tuya app. Once set up though, it worked well and was easy to add to my Alexa devices. The touch switch is really good too, very responsive. Overall it's a great product and it's pretty good looking too. :)

Will not connect to WiFi just keeps flashing, not worth the money. No name brand cheap item from China. Have removed item and connected to ordinary dimmer switch. Not happy with this item

In Alexa app the switch is shown as whole so if it is two gang or 3 gang you will not be able to operate the switches separately. Either all three will switch on or none. Same when you want to switch off, you cannot turn just one off.

the switch looks beautiful with a sleek glass finish. Press the button and you hear that reassuring click of a traditional lightswitch. but of course, you'll want to link this to your home automations. I've been using Alexa and Google Home and both work seemlessly. connect the switch via the tuya smaetlife app and you're good to go.The Cons:the back plate is quite deep so i struggled to get the back box in with the wall with the wires also taking space. you may need a spacer unless your recess is deep. I had to rotate the switch 90° to get a fit, but that's also a positive as you can fit it any way you like.overall, great looking switch and a great price

This unit requires a 3 wires lighting at the switch and your existing switch has only the live wire being switched, this product is not for you as it will require the neutral to complete the circuit.

Set-up had to be done via direct login via phone rather than the first method described. Works great and looks much better than the price paid.Update:1 star knocked off.Does require to be reset every so often which is easy for my installation, but may be a pain for others.

So, I have a fair few of these switches over years - this one isn’t great so far. The glass sits too close to the buttons so they are all pressed - so it just resets. Works fine without the glass panel - the older model without the metal plate worked fine
