**Q: The description says Eachtablet contains 65 mg of elemental iron; equivalent to 325 mg, but the packaging says 28mg. Which is it?**
A: It’s actually 28mg of iron. I take these and can tell a big difference when I run out or skip a day. These are better than the Feosol in the red bottle.

**Q: Does calcium block absorption of this iron combo? Do you need to make sure it's taken 2 hrs before or after calcium-rich meal?**
A: My understanding is you can never mix calcium an iron, that they always have to be separated.  I always do.
