After having years of perimenopause hormone issues this product has completely improved my quality of life. Within a couple of days my quality of sleep improved as well as my mood stability. Hot flashes and waking up with night sweats are gone. I can't say enough about how well this has worked for me. I only wish I had tried it sooner.

I am 53 and I was having horrible hot flashes and night sweats- I did not know the back of your knees could sweat! I went to my GYN and received a Rx for hormones but decided to try black cohash/soy and it has worked well. I shared the info with a coworker and she has had equal success. I wish I had tried this before I filled my perscription. I ran out of the EstroSoy and decided to see if the hot flashes returned and they did with a bang. I do not plan to run out again.It took about a week for the hot flashes / night sweats to abate.I think it is certainly worth trying.

I don't like taking drugs and hormone replacement therapy was out of the question. This was a natural alternative to replace some of the estogen lost during my pre-menopause. My symptons were constant hot flashes and painful intercourse for about 5 weeks. After taking this for 3 or 4 days, (and adding tofu and soy to my diet), there was no more pain during sex, and my hot flashes almost completely disappeared. After taking for a couple of weeks with no more symptoms, I stopped taking it (but continued adding soybeans to my dient) and will start taking again f and when these symptoms reappear. I can't say with 100% certainty that the Estro SoyPlus was the reason I returned to normal because it may have just been a coincidence. But I really believe the Estro Soy Plus was the reason. It's been two months now and still no hot flashes or pain.

First, I didn't notice much of anything even after taking it a few months. It did however cause huge issues with my thyroid levels. I have no thyroid and have to take medication. Before starting this i asked the doctor if this could cause issues and they did not think so...well it did. My levels kept going into the hypothyroid zone and even with increased dose of medicine it continued on this path until I decided to stop taking the supplement and lo and behold...my thyroid levels drastically changed the other direction! So this CAN affect your thyroid hormone levels!!!

I have been using this product for many years. Just recently the price went up. Too bad because it really works and I can totally tell the difference when I stop taking it.

Although I don’t think there’s anything that can help with all the symptoms, I’m not sure if I took them for a long enough period of time to tell

I started using these about 3-4 weeks ago. I was trying to find something "anything" to help me with my night sweats. I started by taking one a day for about a week. Nothing changed but my dreams became even more weird. Not scary...just bizarre.Then week two I kicked it up to two a day. The dreams became more vivid and ludicrous. I woke myself laughing one evening. The nightly sweats became less frequent.Week three, dreams continue to be an adventure yet the night sweats are gone. I did however experience a hot flash the other day that lasted only a few seconds. I don't have hot flashes all that often so I didn't think much of it. So, he we are on week four, feeling pretty good. I have a little bit more energy, sleep is good, I'm back to annoying my husband like I use to 😂.I guess it takes a little while to get into your system and to see results.Stick with it and see what happens and enjoy the dreams.

I started having hot flashes, like someone flipped a switch and BAM every 45 minutes I was burning up. I had no desire to use HRT. But I also couldn't go on like I was. I did a little research and decided to try EstroSoy. I got nearly immediate results!!! I CANNOT BE HAPPIER!!! I only take one capsule a day (the recommended dosage is 2). The hot flashes have been reduced in frequency and severity by 95%!!! If I have one now its minor and manageable. I will NEVER be without this product. I sleep through the night easily again. I am ecstatic!!
