I have tried every plant protein shake possible. I thought because this Super Plant Protein product would taste slightly better since brown rice is listed as the first ingredient. Unfortunately, it was not pleasing in the taste department. Pea protein has a very distinct pea taste. I understand that it's very hard to mask that taste. I feel strongly that there is way too much sugar alternatives in these types of products. It is impossible to disguise the pea taste. Sugar does nothing but make it taste worse. And then to try and mix chocolate into it? This protein shake has other great features in it, the vitamins etc. The taste would be better if the sweet factor was toned down.

The consistency is great, flavor is great, and the price is right! I will definitely be purchasing this again when I run out. I have gone through a few different vegan proteins and they all feel and taste gritty (like dirt), not this one! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish it was Non-GMO Verified...it does say non-GMO but anyone can put anything on their packaging.

Taste is a bit rough. This is a meal replacement with lot's of vitamins........Which you'll taste. I add hot chocolate mix to make this drinkable. Not really healthy, but it was this or toss it. I usually drink PlantFusion Chocolate fortified with brown rice protein daily mixed with milk. This combo has a ton of protein and tastes great and I chase it with a multivitamin........

I got this for t he nutritional value, wanted to stay away from the whey that most formulas use for adding protein during dieting or body building. I think the flavor could be improved on.

This protein powder mixed well, however had a strange taste to it.

Good product but I did not feel much tastier than regular chocolate flavor and is expensive.

If it's not sweet enough you can always put in fruit and milk in a blender and it'll taste great. But what it does for me was great. It gave me energy and I felt happier, and even my mother said that it gave her energy and she's usually tired.

I couldn't measure or exactly felt the 'nutritional' effects of the product, but regarding the taste and the ease to mixture, I'm very satisfied. I liked it very much !!!

Having tried a variety of Protein products, from Whey to Pea based ones from multiple brands over the last 2 years.I have now settled for the Summit Nutrition - Plant Protein. I have been using this protein for several months now and would highly recommend it (Read details for reasons below)Also,now that my wife has started using this protien; I am so convinced, that I am plan to have it in my subscription basket :)PROS:1) 100% Plant based source for Protein and Micro Nutrients/Vitamins - Ensures great Bio availability and absorption.2) Good Mixibility ( I use a blender) and Taste (Dutch Chocolate- My Fav)3) Has good profile of BCAA,Probiotics and Enzymes – Great for the Gut and Muscle recovery.4) No artificial sweeteners- Has Stevia (I Love this)CONS:1) The Zip lock quality in the packaging needs to be improved.It keeps coming off.My temporary workaround/ Solution- Transferring powder to another air tight container once opened.

Plant proteins are generally being taken by those who have some sort of allergy and weak gut. Such people often report irritation with gluten. I had this protein with great expectations. However, it broke my heart to have diarrhoea because of glutamine (gluten peptides) in this. A little disappointed with this. If you are not allergic like me, you may choose to have this.

Excellent product it's delivers what it claims i ordered lot of proteins but this organic plant protien is all together a new fresh experience very soft on stomach and lot of energy it delivers a pure protein and essential vitamins it's taste is too nice i ordered both Alpine vanila and dutch chocolate both taste are rocking i suggest to try for this and you will order again n again very innovative product 👍👍

It's quite rich, does not cause any bloating as whey protein does and mixes well with water. Best had in a smoothie. I like the taste. As per the effect of protein, will have to use it for longer to be sure. Slightly expensive.
