I have found the same as other reviewers: out of 3 main features,-I get push notifications but no audible alarm from the base station. :(- the motion sensor does not work. It constantly triggers when there is zero movement...as in every single minute all day everyday...3am in a porch etc.. Useless.-ive not tested the the door sensors but I don't have high hopes based on above!I specifically bought this so the audible alarm would wake me up if there were intruders!!!So for me it is useless!!

Bought as a recent offer with recent Yi camera. Currently using this on window and door to our cellar for added protection.Installation easy, also setup using Kami app was no issue only issues we are currently facing is alarm/siren function is not working, still awaiting reply from support. Hopefully it's simple fix.Seems to be a modern day version of those siren boxes you used to be able to buy years ago for sheds etc but little more sophisticated and aside from ethernet from hub to router everything else is wireless. Time will tell how well and how long batteries lastUPDATE - Absolutely rubbish, don't waste your money. Notifications are at best non existent, then you get them every minute. No audible alert from the HUB ever, I do believe this was a lie and falsely advertised.Notification on your phone are pointless IF you are sleeping

Feels like this is the forgotten product by Kami, rarely functions as it should, no recent updates to fix bugs, poor integration into app and if one of the sensors fall kami are unable to replace that one therefore refund you partially, completely leaving your considered security system vulnerable. At least make the software open source so Devs can pick up where the manufacturer failed to go.

Really easy setup from within the Kami or the YI app. The motion detector works well and can be mounted on a ceiling or a wall. The door sensors are also good but hard to install with the shape of some uPVC doors, however you can have them at an angle. All sensors connected to the hub immediately and the notifications can be turned on and off. Have not tested the alarm function built into the hub yet. Recommend this as an entry level home security system in conjunction with the cameras, which I now have 5 of. Well packaged and feels really high quality.

Great idea for a product and have used there Yi camera's with out much issue.There looks to be an underlying issue with the base station that you need to connect and pair to. It just wont connect.The device shows on the network but the app will not find and pair.Also tried with different wifi set-ups and settings to cover all ranges.No reply from there support.I also other base stations to try that came with there wireless cams and same issue.

Very simple setup. All QC code scans to setup. Full integration with the Yi camera app.

Works great, notifies me when a door is opened, or someone moves past the motion sensor.

Worked as advertised. The camera system by Yi works well and seems quite scalable. The alarm components are very easy to configure. I am happy with this.
