I bought this for my wife, as a replacement for one I'd bought earlier. Both have begun leaking after a very short time. This second was purchased on 2 August and the return date closed on 2 September so I'm unable to send it back. All I can do is warn people that the bottles don't last, despite all necessary care being taken. As things stand I wouldn't recommend the product and would appreciate a response from the seller, as I feel both purchases have been a waste of money.

I was working from home in January after nearly breaking my leg and I would sit with my feet on a rest and put this between my legs and it kept me so warm! I put it in my bed to warm me up and it worked a treat. I also use it to defrost my windscreen in my car. So I put the hot water in, put the water bottle across my dashboard and lock my car whilst I get ready. By the time I’m ready to leave the windscreen is defrosted and I’ve not had to leave my car running

The media could not be loaded.  It's probably one of the best 'self gifts' I've ever bought....! Having to stay in bed on an 0² machine most of the day, it's a lot cheaper to keep warm than sticking the heating on all day, & it's genuinely helpful with soothing sore joints etc. It's versatile shape makes it easy to use 'any which way round' that suits. You can even 'cuddle' it..! Excellent value for money & so I bought a second one for an elderly friend. Be careful when filling.. the long drop can cause the hot water to splutter. 👍🏼Overall I love it. 😃

I have been wanting one of these for a long time, I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus which causes a lot of pain. The small water bottles were great so when I saw this I knew it would he very helpful. I wasn't disappointed, it's a great length and holds a very good amount. The price was very reasonable compared to a lot of others. I am very happy with this item.

Bought this for my daughter a couple of weeks ago and think she has used it every night since, she especially likes that she can wrap it around her back and stomach (ideal for period pains!).Good quality and cheaper than a lot of the other long hot water bottles on the market, slightly shorter than others that are available (only an inch or so) but still a really good product. The knitted cover is also a nice quality, not too thin. Will be buying a couple more.

5* for ease of use for tummy/back ache. However, i initially brought it for my neck, after my neck/shoulder u shaped water bottle developed a leak and burnt me in the process!!I think that it is awkward to use as a neck hot water bottle... unless you can sit there and hold both ends! I found only half filling it made it easier... but i still had to hold it. Which Personally for me is a pain, as i like to put it on my shoulders and get on with jobs etc... u cant do this at all with this water bottle.I found it kept warm for longer than my u shaped neck one did. I will definitely keep this one for future tummy/back ache... but i will have to revert back to the u shaped hot water bottle for my neck unfortunately.

The water bottle itself is nice, cannot say anything bad about it: looks pretty, keeps the warmth in for a long time, and doesn't burn you!Only problem - it started leaking after about 4 uses. It doesn't matter how tight I'm closing it, the water keeps leaking... Hence the 3 stars.I'm gonna buy some rubber washers and hopefully that will help (albeit, i shouldn't even be in a situating where this is needed...).

Looks good. Not too hard to fill but can be awkward as its long. Says not to fill with boiling water so I left the kettle to cool for a minute but the water was still pretty hot and has not affected the bottle. Its OK but I prefer the traditional shape of a water bottle for my belly or back. This one you can wrap around you but I feel not as effective as a regular retro style bottle.
