Barbie Career Places Playsets - Musician Recording Studio, Multi

This is SUCH a great little recording studio! Barbie/Mattel designers did a wonderful job researching and designing the set-up of a real recording studio and translating it into a miniaturized, play version for Barbies. I love seeing the diversity of careers Barbie/Mattel is adding, especially expanding into arts careers. This recording studio playset shows kids that it's possible to have a career in music as a musician AND as a studio engineer, so it gives the opportunity to showcase two arts careers within one playset. Of all the new careers playsets, this one has impressed me the most!!!

Gave this as a birthday gift to a 5 year old who wants to be a rock star. She opened it right away and wasn’t interested in opening any of her other presents afterwards because she didn’t want to stop playing it with it! Her hair and outfit are really cute and the accessories are great too and can be used as just a desk, chair and computer and not a “recording studio”. Now my daughter wants the same one for her birthday. I would definitely recommend and will probably end up buying it again!

The attention to detail is amazing. It will give my 5 year old niece a lot to play with and maybe learn from if she ends up being truly interested in music.

I should have read the reviews before buying, lesson learned. I bought this for a charity event and was disappointed the doll did not come with it. I would have not paid that much for just a music stand for a doll. They do have sets that come with the barbie. Check those out first. Other than that, the product seems in good condition and was delivered promptly. Again, you may want to change the picture that is used to advertise this product.

BEWARE!!! This is very deceiving. The first picture shows that the doll comes with the set but it DOES NOT! Wish we knew that before purchasing it. No where in the description does it say anything about the doll not coming in the set. It absolutely was intentional and, without the doll, it’s not a good price for the product. Fyi, I would order this from Walmart at a better price range.
