Product worked well after installing, primer bulb was not the same as the existing and no new exhaust gasket included or I would have given 5 stars.

My saw has been through so much....pun intended, and is ready for more. I found it interesting how this cylinder was casted all as one piece compared to the original. Quality casting , better than Stihl's in my opinion. Everything went together without any problems other than the ones I caused myself. Watchout for those piston pin keepers, they go flying and then they are gone forever.

The media could not be loaded. Impressed With how well the unit runs after install. Rebuild stihl ts420 shortblock kit after much indigestion of concrete dust. This pictures shows the damage it caused and similarities of parts.

This rebuild kit appears high quality but when I assembled piston and ring clearance was exceptionally tight at the top of the stroke, to the point that starting was all but impossible even with decompression. after a couple pulls through starter snapped off the end of the crank. Soaked rings overnight and repaired starter its better somewhat but you can tell when you pull through TDC hopefully it will break in after a little running time

Garbage. Dont buy. Ordered because it was cheap. Figured I’d try it. You get what you pay for. Low compression

Make sure to check tolerances and compare to your old parts. Mine assembled easily and turned over easily, but started and only ran a few seconds. Upon disassembly found piston cracked, could see where it contacted top of cylinder.

Arrived on time. The gasket seems to be a little weak but it works so far. The fuel filter nipple is to big for the original fuel line but I managed. Also when you put the spark plug and compression button in you should put those in first and check inside the cylinder for small pieces of metal the come off the cylinder threads.

Product seemed OK only thing what sort of person would leave a package on a door step when it is teaming rain with a dog running around I can not blame the poor dog but I can't find the parts now who is to blame

Passgenau und ordentlich gefertigt. Läuft seit mehreren Stunden ohne Probleme auf meiner TS420.

Piston and cylinder are top notch. Primer bulbs are like toys and quit shortly after a couple of uses. Don'tthrow out your old primer.
