Great strap with durability
These are perfect! They hold their rated weight, easy to strap down, easy to release tension, and very smooth ratching. Easy able to store them under my seat in the truck for quick access. Good stuff here

Thin
These look like they are made well (good hardware quality), but the straps seem quite thin for the weight rating. I bought them to replace some other 1500lb ratchet straps and there is a significant and very noticible difference. Fortunately, I dont usually need 3/4 tons of holding power, but I worry about stretch with these thinner ones, which when holding a motorcycle can end up w/ said motorcycle in the road. Hopefully that doesnt happen.

They are very easy to use and can strap things tightly. I use them on the back hatch of my Chevy SUV if I have something to large to close the hatch. I hook them on the metal rings inside the back part of the car. I put a towel on each edge of the door. The strap goes on the outside of the door and I am able to tighten the strap easily without creating any marks on the door because of the towels. It is very quick and a one person job, the door is secured and so are the items in the inside of the car. Love it!

Poor Quality Control or materials
Out of the box, they seemed ok. I was wrong. On my second use one of the ratchets fell apart... then one of the remaining 3 on the next use lost a the pin holding the it together. Scary... I had to throw them out... what was next? Breaking while something is tied down on the highway, comes loose and all the damage or injuries... no thanks! Stay away. I do NOT recommend.

Cheaply made
A study in low quality. Possibly the breaking strength of the strap is 1500 but other parts will fail before that
