Good ingredients, heavy price
Have eaten since 2017. 16 boxes total. Long-term use has the effect of improving memory. However, the immediate effect should be considered to be mostly caffeine. If it's not expensive, I'll eat all year round, but I'm sad that I'm not so rich yet. It was $ 25 per box in 2017 so I bought it several times ...

Lots of caffeine
I made the mistake of adding to coffee and I had the jitters and irritability. Even when I added it to hot chocolate it still made me too tense.

I am hoping it does good things for my heart and brain. So far so good!
I like the fact that it’s the dark cocoa! Dark is reported to be best for you in terms providing vitamins and nutrients for brain and heart support. I find the taste very strong. So to make it go down a bit gentler I add it to coffee and a bit of creamer. I must say though that I find the price a bit steep.

Best Uses
Best uses is in non flavored yogurt. Does not disturb the texture, but improves the flavor - very palatable.

Sucralose = no thanks
I hate when products say they don't use sugar or are "sweetened" but then contain some sugar alternative like sucralose or aspartame. I'd rather have all-natural sugar or a tart product. This product does just that, it alludes to sweetened, but does not mention that it is packed with sucralose. I feel like that directly negates whatever health benefits it touts.Taste-wise all you can taste is artificial sweetness. It might support brain and heart health, but I can't get past the taste. If you are someone who uses Splenda on a regular basis you won't notice. If you are like me, and never use it, it is all you will taste. I don't get why they didn't use a more natural option like monk fruit, agave, stevia, or...sugar.I did not notice any improved "alertness" and the FDA does not endorse that it has that effect as well.

Who puts brain damaging artificial sweetener in a supplement marketed to improve brain function?
This was my bad in not reading the ingredients. I sometimes wonder what manufacturers are thinking. It never occurred to me that an expensive supplement like this would use artificial sweeteners. Especially not one that is as damaging as sucralose. If you really felt like you needed to put a processed sweetener in, I personally would’ve gone with erythritol. Date sugar or some other natural sweetener would have been far better, and at the price that they’re charging for this, I would expect that. I’ve tried to choke down a couple of envelopes of this, but I can’t get past the artificial sweetener flavor. Plus, even in coffee and mixed with a frother, if feels gritty. The rest of this is going in the garbage.

Mix It With A Sweetened Protein Smoothie
I recently turned 50 and decided it was time that I begin a regimen of daily dietary supplements. My diet is not the absolute worst, but it is far from perfect. I know I typically don't get even a fraction of the vitamins and minerals that my body needs from my food intake alone.This powder does not mix easily with liquid and it only tastes alright if you mix it with a sweetened beverage. Is it delicious? No. Is it repulsive? Not at all, if you do what I suggested and mix it with something else. I generally just blend it with ice and skim milk into a vanilla protein smoothie.I have not noticed any side effects at all from this supplement. I also haven't noticed any positive improvement, but it has only been three weeks so far. To be honest, I'm not sure if I'll ever actually feel the effects of the supplement. That's one of the sad realities of taking vitamins, minerals, and other supplements. We don't often feel the benefits of them, so we don't know if they are working. We have to just put blind faith in them.
