The media could not be loaded. My 2 year old loves this tablet!! It is very compact and affordable for the quality of it! Easy to navigate! There is no lag on the video or apps being used! The touch sensors are very sensitive so you don't have a 2 year old trying to break the screen while pushing the back buttons! Haha It can be used for both adults and kids! It also has its own system operation for the kids side of it! You can add the parent approved apps and videos and know your kid isn't watching things they shouldn't!! I will be honest.. this is my second one because the first one had a battery issue but I was able to get in contact with customer service and have another one sent out! This one is working fine and battery life is good enough! I definitely recommend it!

UPDATE- 1/20/20One of the tablets from Christmas just "broke". One day it wouldn't turn on. It was just a black screen. I wrote to this company and explained the situation. Even though it was past my 30 day return mark, ( it sat in my closet the whole month of December as i bought it early for Christmas) they do tips me to return it and they would repair it if they could. About a week later i got a message from amazon that they refunded me for the tablet. No communication from the company. I guess that's not a huge deal but an email explaining it would have been ideal. I just received my new tablet and so far so good. It's not the same as the first 2 we ordered even though under amazon it says i ordered the same device twice. This one has a different screen saver and i had to download the 20 games myself instead of having them already installed. Not a huge deal though. Overall, I would probably order again.These are great tablets. I bought 2 for Christmas. Kids ages are 6&7. The games that were already installed are great for their ages. Some are a little too young, and a couple are a little challenging. But overall, it was nice having the games already installed so we could decide what types they liked/disliked. Some reviews said the tablet bogged down because of all the games installed. Ours never has. Also downloaded a movie for a long road trip and still no problems. The tablet comes with 2 types of chargers. One is a 9mm and the other is a regular cell phone charger. Both of the 9mm chargers broke within the first week. That's my only complaint though. As far as a first children's tablet goes, I'm pretty happy.

The battery life isn’t the best but in my opinion for little kids that’s great! Their little eyes don’t need a long screen use but it still lasts most of the day and the quality is great

Just recieved and set up this tablet yesterday for my 4 year old son. Set up was not to complicated, though the directions could offer a little more detail. The variety of apps are good, though it does run a bit slow. I am disappointed in the battery life already which seems to be a common occurrence with kids tablets. I was also disappointed in the fact that the description of this tablet says "Storage can be expanded up to 128 gigs" so I bought a 128 micro SD card just for this tablet. However, what it doesn't tell you is that if the memory card is over 32 gigs, it must be partitioned and formatted to work..... I looked up the process of trying to do that and unless you are a computer genius, dont even bother! So complicated and almost impossible for the average person. If you are looking to add storage to this tablet, just get a 32 gig micro SD. Overall for the price, it's an ok buy and my 4 year old really likes it, just make sure you take the power cord wherever you go. I will update this review or leave another if there are any problems with durability or major changes.

I am so pissed off I ordered these for my sons on two different occasions once for Christmas 2020 as an early Christmas present so one day their screens just stopped working I thought it was my kids faults it wasn’t even a whole month before they stopped working they was so excited to have them so I decided to give it another try but boy I regret it now as a late birthday gift to them both I decided to buy them both another one so I did same exact thing had now happened to the new two I have tried using the chargers that came with them and have even tried buying and using new charges not charging not coming on or nothing and since the last ones did the same these new ones they didn’t take out my sight so I could help them protect them now I realize that it was never my babies Fault that it was this company scamming ppl for their money not making sure the product they sell are 100% and will last I’m so mad I wasted money on not one not two no three but four please do not purchase no electronics on line at all especially not from this seller I’m already a single mother who try and do the best by my kids to make sure they are happy the last thing I need to do is waste money on Bill like this I could’ve invested in them better ones Please I hope this helps do not Buy this item I threw two out and still have the newest two and all four belongs in the trash

It is a little slow… and yes, I got frustrated at the not so instant gratification I received… but sitting with the tablet, installing the awesome parental control feature, I realized something - I don’t necessarily want my child to have instant gratification. I bought this tablet because of the educational games available and the plethora of books he’ll get to experience. I actually appreciate that this is android and that it will actually be something both my child and I will have to learn how to use. Yes, I’m an avid Apple user and almost didn’t order this because it’s android and others were trying to sway me from it… but truthfully, I am so glad that I did. This tablet is the perfect gift for my child to quite literally have to slow down and take the time to learn something new! And that’s totally okay with me!

But camera was in wrong spot. My camera was on the right. This one was in the middle. Not as hard as other one I ordered but love the stand. Wish it had instructions of how to put tablet in. What was ok to remove and what was not on

I bought this tablet for my daughter. Within a week the tablet wouldn’t charge. I tried multiple cords. Had to send it back and get a new one. I felt bad because it was a birthday present. Anyways, she had the new one less than a month and it SMASHED. She didn’t even drop it but she put too much pressure on one part of her screen. She had a tablet for TWO years before this one and never got even a crack in it. The reason we replaced was battery issues. I’ll be going back to that brand as now I have wasted over $100 for less than a month of use.

I purchased two tablets for my 2 and 4 year old boys. They are the biggest hit. First of all, they came in only one day, even though the deliver was estimated at 6 days (great surprise for the kids). The free downloadable educational apps are top quality, with no in app purchases in some and great learning content for the kids. I can't wait for the boys to further explore all that these tablets have to offer!

This tablet is kind of disappointing. We were looking for a tablet for my son for Christmas and decided upon this. The battery only charges up to 85%. There is also not many games and it runs really slow. He kind of doesn't want to use it because the videos load is too slowly for him to play with. And I'm frustrated at the 85% battery level if it even gets that high usually it charges a lot lower. I wouldn't get this brand again thank you

Product under 1 year old, VERY minimally used (used MAYBE 10x). Charger is very poor quality. Tip fell off 1st one and our 2nd one is just about ready to fall off as well (and not from child using— since we got replaced I’ve been the only one using it... it is simply just poor quality): First charger was no issue to get replaced..Got an email back an hour after and new one sent out but service is terrible this time around. Emailed about second one and generic “I’m sorry to hear this” “please fill this out” “Please reach us through our support site”. No links to a support site I literally have no idea how to get ahold of this company how they want. I’ve been two weeks and no real response that doesn’t seem pre-typed.
