It's made out of metal, not some cheap plastic. It has some nice weight to it. I got so many compliments already. I love that it's handmade in the USA. I bought this as a gift for my son to replace one I'd previously given him that TSA took from him (yeah, I know, don't get me started because they allowed him to keep a lighter but took his dangerous keychain....) and I'm very happy with my purchase. It's exactly as described and if I had to buy another one it made it easier to know that it was made in the USA by veterans. It arrived quickly and is great quality. Love it! TSA, keeping us safe one keychain at a time.

Bought 2 of this items already. Both of them doesn’t have a strong enough cap, the part where the bullet connected to the key ring tend to come loose after opening a couple bottles.I had to super glue it myself so I can keep using it.
