does the job
This really works when used correctly. It's quite easily broken and mine broke within a week of use as the handles and thin plastic, but I contacted seller they got back to me straight away and sent a replacement with no issues so I was happy

Weak rubber
Snapped first time in use. Sent it back and Royal Mail promptly lost it. Good job I sent it recorded.

The resistance band is thin and my broke a few days ago but it does the job is really really good and really wanted to work my abs and I wish it lasted a little bit longer because i only had it for three weeks. the guide is really good because it shows you other workouts you can do
