Best Purchase Ever
I'm having trouble with the operating system. It keeps locking up. Which has absolutely nothing to do with the hardware or the product. Its a great product, and I know i'm going to be very satisfied with it if/when I can work out the Windows10 problem of locking up. Windows10 is a resource hog by itself. But when you thrown in virus protection and endless updates its just not tenable as it is.So, I plan to (when I can afford it), add a 1TB SSD, install a dual-boot Linux Mint/Windows10 and program it to boot from that drive. Its going to be awesome. For now it gets a 5 star rating for the product. Because its a great product. But I'm only giving it a 3 star for video quality etc, until I can get some more memory installed and the Windows problem resolved.Update February 3, 2020: I kept having trouble with Windows 10 OS, so I scrapped it when I purchased a 500GB external SSD. I went with the external SSD to help with deal heat management inside the actual case. I also added a Sandisk 128GB micro SD card to the storage options. I installed the latest version of Linux Mint on the internal 64GB SD, and also the latest Linux Mint Mate edition to the 500GB external SSD (Seagate Onetouch 500GB SSD purchased here on Amazon ).This little machine is dynamite in a small package. It's so awesome, I named it Napoleon! It loads so fast now with Linux Mint OS. No more locking up. No more blue screen of death. No more endless updates from a resource hogging OS that does whatever it wants, or daily AV updates. When I shut it down, it shuts off in 7 seconds. It boots in less than 45 seconds. The video quality is awesome. Its wifi internet speed is a half times faster then my regular giant desktop. It does everything I need it to do right now, and there's still more room to grow with the option of adding an internal 1tb SSD.I wish I could have kept the edition of Windows 10 as a dual boot option. Windows has great installation and trouble shooting wizards along with the plug and play. So, a Windows/Linux option is the best of both worlds. The copy I had was toasty, so it had to go.

Description is wrong
For the price it was adequate. Not fast but I expected and really didn't need the speed. The description said it would restart after power failure. It does not and cannot be changed in the bios, nor did the forum recommended bios flash. If you just need a little computer that is not powerful this might work for you. If you need a little computer that restarts after a power failure don't buy it.

Works well for telecommuting
This little box works great for my telecommuting needs. My main reason for getting it is because I want to access my virtual desktop at work which is a Windows platform. I use a Mac at home which also works but there are some quirks that I wanted to avoid such as clipboard differences and also navigation in Excel. I set this up with an M.2 SSD and cloned the internal memory OS to the SSD. I then disabled the internal disk so it will stay unchanged in case I ever want to revert back to a factory setup. I gave 4 stars because it is sometimes a little slow but once I am on my virtual desktop it has not had any issues so far. If you want a full desktop computer experience you should do your research and choose a different computer. For the features of this thing, however, I think it was a great purchase. I have not had any problems and it works as advertised.

Perfect size for a nostalgic elder that can’t seem to downsize anything else
So far so good. It’s for my mom, and she really only uses her computer for very little compared to all the other people that have left reviews. I am a Mac user and I felt I fumbled my way through the set-up relatively easy. Like the title says she isn’t a fan of downsizing so the size is perfect!!!

Did not last more than 10 minutes out of the box
Pros: Concept and unit form factor.Cons: Potential thermal design problem and/or bad manufactured unit. Lack of tech or any other type of support.Unboxed and proceeded to go through Windows 10 setup. Less than 10 minutes in, system crashed with a video type failure of flickering pixelating 1cm/half inch squares throughout the display. Would not reboot. After unplugging and waiting a couple of hours, tried again and restarted setup. System crashed again with same display issue. This time did not recover to a working setup screen. Minisforum did not respond to my email. Based on Minisforum forum area for N33 I attempted a clean install of the operating system based on their downloadable image. This also did not work. May be a thermal design issue or just a bad unit. Based on a total lack of tech support and the fact that others have noted the lack of longevity in theae units, I opted to return the defective unit back to Amazon for refund.

Cannot boot from USB or M.2 Drive
In addition to being borderline too slow, it turns out this machine is incapable of being set to boot from any drive other than the factory eMMC flash memory. I spent quite a bit of time going around and around with the seller's forum-based support trying to discover how to set it to boot from a USB thumb drive or from the M.2 that I installed. No go.I would like to return it for a product that has more normal capabilities, but I scratched the plastic case a bit while trying to install the M.2, so there I am.Be warned.

versatile little beast
I wanted something to replace a failing raspberryPi I use for some background processes and this little thing works great.-- i created a debian usb boot disk and booted off of it when i first powered it on. the debian installer let me know that it needed an extra driver package to enable wifi, but i'm not using wifi so it wasn't an issue.-- as soon as the install finished i was up and running in a flash, loaded up my docker containers and Bob's your uncle.their support site is very responsive
