This computer is excellent. has all the perfect specs for every use - great battery, amazing RAM which translates to very fast responses and great multitasking options, great chip which gives this laptop an edge over most laptops, and of course the touchscreen and pen are excellent for students or teachers, and also graphic designers and artists. it's also great for gaming, but of course not for all games on best settings. In summary, I recommend this laptop for every person that is looking for a reliable, quick, long lasting, versatile laptop.

This computer is exactly what we were looking for. It runs flawlessly. It does all the computer stuff you want and none of the bad manners some other computers have. I expected it to run the ms office programs and internet and some light gaming nothing crazy and it does that great. I switch between this and my work computer via the thunder port and it works fantastic. Very happy with it!

I'm giving this laptop a 5 star review as it's great specs for the price point. It's thin and looks so sleek and modern. It comes with its own pen for the screen, which despite being a little shaky on the screen is pretty good. The screen is absolutely great, I basically bought this laptop for the screen since I need to do photo editing and even video editing. I love how the screen looks great from any angle.In terms of performance, it has no problems with light photo and video editing. But the fans do start getting loud and the laptop becomes warm. This isn't a major problem for me since I keep it cool with a laptop stand and other fans.One thing that does suck about it is the webcam which is so low quality, your cellphone camera is even better. This isn't a major problem for me either since I use my own webcam, but it might be a turn off for those who frequently need to use Zoom or some other video conferencing platform for work or for school.

Its 4 G display is astounding. I hook it to my 4 G TV and all Youtube presentations become so impressive that my wife wants to watch her news and Youtube programs from this laptop. It is not expensive. Its weight is a little over 3 pounds, not much more than my Surface Pro 4. Great laptop. It has 16 G memory, and 512 GB SSD.

It's a pretty nice machine, especially for the price. I haven't been overly impressed with the battery but it's much better than my previous computer it was replacing.You should note that the one web cam is only .92 megapixels. That's like early 2000 tech. If you want a crisp, clean Zoom meeting camera, this ain't it. I was shocked with how weak it is, but it does work.After spending days setting it up while plugged in, I started using it while on battery. I immediately noticed a seemingly random dimming and then brightening of screens when moving between windows and apps. I had all of the "normal" settings such that this shouldn't have been happening. I could write a small novel on my experience with Dell support, but suffice it to say that after 4+ hours with them, I found the solution myself on the Internet - a setting in the Bios needed to be changed. I quit with Dell when they wanted me to wipe the drive or return the computer as defective. It isn't defective, just the implementation of one "feature." The trick was to go into the BIOS (press F2 during restart) and change the "eco" setting under video. If you search on this don't bother trying to download software from Dell or call Dell support. Their technical "expertise" was to look around and see if they could figure it out. They did and they couldn't even though I suggested the BIOS change.I'm adding a comment about the touchpad sensitivity. This is a big DELL problem. Even on the lowest sensitivity setting, accidental touches on the touchpad are impossible to avoid. I've tried "everything" - even submitting to the dreaded Dell support. Again, they were not helpful, defaulting to reloading operating systems and updating my already updated bios. I'm just changing my hand posture while typing. A major pain, but not as difficult as getting a new computer all set up again.

The laptop itself is amazing quality, high processing speed, sleek appearance, touch screen and quality are excellent. The seller delivered the product as advertised (brand new) and the delivery was fast.

The first one I ordered was defective. Something was wrong with the web cam. Quickly returned and got a new one. My daughter loves it. Perfect for home learning.

As I'm writing this, my laptop that I bought here is dead because the charger arrived defective and no longer works. It used to charge my laptop to only about 60% before stopping but now it completely stopped charging it and my laptop is dead.Really hope the seller can fix this issue!
