Slate Stone Drink Coasters - Set of 5 Square Black Natural Edge Stone Drink Coasters for Bar and Home- 4" x 4"

I picked up these coasters because I wanted something durable for my outdoor bar. I was pleased to learn they could be decorated with chalk which holds up with drinks but also wipes off with a normal chalkboard eraser. They're fun for guests to draw on to claim as their own and for those with dirty friends like mine, you end up with some pretty terrific post party art. :)

These coasters are seriously indestructible! I bought a set of coasters at an expensive outdoor store. They were supposedly made of granite and wood. After a couple of months of normal use the moisture of our drinks made them crack and break. I’ve had these for a couple of months and they are awesome! I bought a holder for these because this set doesn’t come with one. The holder sits on the corner of my coffee table and with three kids they are always getting knocked off the table. Fall after fall and not a chip! We have had a super hot and humid summer so drinks sweat like crazy and these coasters handle it with ease. No sign of wear after the abuse my family has given. Lol. I highly recommend. Oh, and they are gorgeous.

These look great engraved. Perfect for gift giving. Well packaged upon arrival and nice clean surfaces. Will be buying again for sure.

Show some sweat marks but overall good product. They feel sturdy and look great on my side tables.

Like many folks on here, looking for laser engraving coasters. These were my first coasters I ever tried this on and they came out fantastic. Coaster has a good weight to it and is plenty thick. I just bought some from a different vendor and so much cheaper quality, which spurred me to write about how much better I feel giving a thicker, better quality coaster to a client, knowing it's not going to break in half when a drink is set on it. Slate is coated in matte clear for appearance.

So when I fist bought them, I loved them but they get dirty very easily and they don’t clean very easy. I’ve tried cleaning them in the sink and the dishwasher. The stains kind of came out. Still a cute coaster

Love the look of these coasters. Thick over all, but edges are a little thin in spots. Couple have chipped off but still looks great.

This set of coasters was received in good condition however there are a few things I wish were improved.The first thing I wish was differentI wish they had something to protect in between the coasters as the one chipped when it clinked against the other one when putting back in the styrofoam liner they came inThis was the first time I have purchased slate coasters so maybe this is just how slate is but they are nowhere near the same thickness. There were 2 thicker ones and the other 3 were about half as thick. The problem with this is that I want to have a product that I can engrave multiple of the same on my cnc and if they aren’t close to the same I will need to re zero my machine for each coaster which is not ideal.There are cheaper options on Amazon and I will probably try others as these were a little more expensive for the quality I was after and if this is how they will be I will be going with cheaper ones.

Good product. Will be as durable as we let it be! Don’t suppose it will stand too many drops onto unforgiving floors.
