Perfect for me!
I was skeptical about a metal band but I really like this one! The band itself is strong and more lightweight than most watches. Also is breathable so I'm not adjusting constantly to allow air to reach my wrist. It is low profile, except for where it connects to the Fitbit but that can't be helped since the Fitbit itself sticks out so far. It is one piece as it is looped through and attaches to itself so even if the magnet pops off it won't fall off my wrist! The magnet is strong though so I don't see it being an issue. The only thing that I worry about is if it starts to turn my wrist green as the coating gets compromised with wear and tear. Will update if that happens but right now it's a great product for the price!

Five Stars - IF You Get The Right Color!
This is going to be a weird review, because I purchased two of these, one “Champagne” color, and one black. The champagne gets 5 HUGE stars because it immediately transformed my wife’s measly Fitbit Alta into something that looked like a MUCH more expensive watch. It looked expensive to me, it looked expensive to my wife, and it looked expensive to the lady at her nail shop who noticed it and thought it was actually an expensive gold band. It’s not “blingy” expensive looking, it’s “elegant” expensive looking. Now for the black one. The black actually made my tracker look worse than the rubber band it came with! I’m sending it back - I purchased a leather band with a buckle that is MUCH nicer looking! It’s incredible how much difference the color makes on this band. My advice is, steer clear of the black one, but DEFINITLY grab a champagne color if you want to upgrade to a beautiful look.

For small wrists: figured out a way to make it work!
I have a very small wrist and was hopeful this would fit. Unfortunately, it was still too big...HOWEVER I figured out a way to wear the band so it fits smaller and now fits my wrist, and I do love it. I switched the band and looped it upside down so the magnetic closure is on the inside (and then tucked that part in). Not ideal, but I like the band so it is worth it to me to keep it. See pictures. Getting it on and off definitely took some getting used to, but now I am able to do it more easily. The product definitely does not fit as small as it stated on the listing if worn the way it is advertised. I wish it did so I didn’t have to wear it with the closure on the inside...but it works the way I have done it, and I’m happy with the look of the band!

Love my new Fitbit
I really love the look of this accessory. I hated the silicone band and this made my Fitbit so stylish.

Color wears off in less than 2 weeks! Good idea but badly executed.
I have been wearing this for less than 2 weeks and already much of the lavender color is wearing off the band. The magnet is not strong enough to hold it tightly closed so it is always sliding open on my wrist causing the wear. I love the design idea and I love(d) the look - so much better than the purple plastic band from Fitbit. I agree with another customer that the magnet catching on other items can be frustrating, especially when it causes the band to undo, with the risk of then losing the Fitbit. Also, as noted by another customer, the mounting attaching to the Fitbit has come undone twice, again resulting in the potential loss of my Fitbit had I not been vigilant. Wish it was a better product but you get what you pay for I guess.

Happy with the band.
The rose gold band matches my Fitbit HR really well. I always read 1-star reviews first to see what their complaint is. I question some 5-star reviews as being too easy and not detailed as to “why” this product is soooo amazing. The 1-star ratings on this, I believe, mentioned the magnet not being strong enough, opening up, and their almost losing their Fitbit. When I open the band by lifting the magnet, I still have a complete circle, which now has to work its way over my hand. I don’t see that happening without some effort by me. Another complaint was the alignment of the sides where the band attaches. I suppose if I stared at them I could see that they are not 100%, but the band is an inexpensive one, and it comes from CHINA! So why my 4-star rating? The color is pretty darn close, if not an exact match, to my rose gold Fitbit. It makes it look a little more dressy to where at work. I still like the pink silicone one that came with it for my at home daily activity. All-in-all, I’d buy it again.

Falls off
So I finally decided to try the band I bought a bit a go. Been wearing it for about and hour and the band already fell of the fitbit base. I noticed it does not lock/click in well at all. I worked with it we shall see if it clicked in good enough and doesn't fall off again. I am just happy I was really doing anything when it fell off. Now if I had been out hiking or something, I would be mighty upset. update, I woke up this morning and it had unclipped again, it was laying in the bed :(

Perfect band for the Alta!
I bought a Fitbit Alta when my old Zip finally died, and wanted a band that would look better than the basic strap that it came with. I got the rose gold Fitbit and chose the champagne band, which look great together. I’m just delighted with the band. It’s easy to attach to the Fitbit, and is a perfect fit for my thin wrist. The regular bands can only be adjusted with the holes, but the Oitom band can be adjusted infinitely. The magnet is strong enough to keep the band where you want it but removes in seconds when you take it off. This is a great addition to a Fitbit.
