Too sweet
It's not a dark chocolate as claimed... It's way tooooooooo sweet to be a dark chocolate.

Good chocolate, but too much sugar
I don't think anyone should call their product "dark chocolate" if it has incredible amounts of sugar in it. It's a bit misleading IMO. While the taste is great, the high sugar content is a letdown. Buy only if you aren't the sugar-conscious type.
