A further update to my review below. I've stopped using this product and switch to a liposomal product. Whether you take the precursor molecules for NAD+ discussed below, the body still needs to convert them into NAD+. With a liposomal product, NAD+ can be delivered directly to the body without this conversion process of the precursor molecule (e.g. NMN or NR) into NAD+.Just to note there are a variety of liposomal products on the market besides this one for supplement delivery. I have already changed to a liposomal Vitamin C product available on Amazon.As an update to my review (below) I have found that while NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) and NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) are both precursors molecules for NAD+, NMN only requires a one-step process, while NR requires a two-step process to become NAD+ in your body. NMN can also be taken sublingually (under the tongue) in the powdered form. However, I'm still taking it as a pill.There is also a new book available on Amazon Lifespan: Why We Age - and Why We Don't Have To by David A. Sinclair Ph.D. et al. that I have not read (yet) but, I have read several other articles about Dr. Sinclair and the anti-aging research he has been involved with, which suggests that living a longer, full and healthy life may be possible if your bodies natural regenerative and repair functions can be maintained longer rather than decline with age.I've been taking Niagen (or NR) for several years and I do believe the benefits are worthwhile. However, what is important about NR is that it is a precursor molecule for NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (oxidized form). NAD+ is a critical coenzyme found in every cell in your body, and it’s involved in a multitude of metabolic processes. In addition, it’s been found that NMN is also a precursor molecule for NAD+.The reason to use a NR or NMN supplement is that NAD+ levels decline with age and some research indicates that NR or NMN supplementation can be beneficial for older people to compensate for the decline in NAD+ levels as one ages.Which is better? This question is beyond me and is the subject of continued research. The reported benefits are something one needs to do their own research on. At some point, that question may become mute or for some reason one will be preferred over the other in some cases.If I find that I like one better than the other for some reason, I will report back. I'm only on my first month with NMN and I can't say there is a noticeable difference. But, if you're pushing toward 70 as I am, you might find this is a moot point because they both increase your bodies NAD+ levels and they both deserve a 5-star rating.

This product doesn't seem to work. Recently, I opened one of the capsules and inside it's some white powder that tastes like a mix of powdered sugar and flour with some dark particles, as well. The company also doesn't have a website, nor are they listing clear certification anywhere. This seems like a rip-off because we don't really know what we're taking and it's $89 per bottle. Won't be buying ever again.

This is the best price per gram on the market. 22.5 grams for $89 beats everyone else by .25cents only way ive found it cheaper is buying bulk @ 250grams and up starting price at $890.00 for powder. This is hands down the best product on the market for quality product at the most affordable price. This is a remarkable product. Heard about it first on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Been taking it now for a couple of weeks and there is something definitely happening. Feeling fresher each morning. Recovering faster from my workouts. Eager to realize more gains of course, but patient and observing the slow build toward youthful energy. Thanks very much 🙏

I recently started mixing my NMN500 capsules contents with yogurt. I found about 50% of the capsules in my current bottle have black particles mixed with the contents. I checked the list of chemicals in the product and none should be black. I then posted a question on this site asking the company to tell me what these black particles are. No response from the company so far. I also noticed that the sour taste I've experienced using several other NMN sources is missing from this product. Because of these concerns, I had to give the product a low rating. I'll update to a higher score if the company ID's the black particles with info that allays my concerns and provide a COA to it's customers verifying the capsules contents.

First time using this product. I have Ben taking it as prescribed. Have not noticed much difference. It has been nearly 30 days but will continue using to determine if it is value added.

This brand makes it more affordable to use nmn and at an effective dose

The directions say you can open the pill and put it under your tongue for quick absorption into blood. The taste if fine, very pleasant. My problem is inconsistency in fill amount. Some tablets have very little in them. I left feedback on the company's website with no response.
