Easy, good, healthy, fast
It doesn't get quicker than this. Mine needed to be rinsed well in a strainer, and put into a bowl of water and "floated" in the water gently to get them apart. They started out all stuck together. Black lentils are smaller than regular brown ones, so that can happen. But after doing this gently so as not to mash them, they were good. They are bland, so I added flavor and ate over quinoa. Very healthy.
