Totally disappointed. I order photo ornaments every year, and this year, to save a little money I ordered this from Amazon. It's pretty bad. If the photo won't work in its format, it should make a point of it before placing order. Fortunately, I have enough time to have it re-done somewhere else. Probably the worst I've seen. Save your time & money by skipping this and paying a little more somewhere else. 🙁

I ordered this as a memorial item. Didn't know what I should expect.The order arrived lot earlier than the estimated date and I was very pleased with the quality. It was very well made. The pictures were placed very well. It's really nice to be able to put pictures on both side. The color is very lovely.I loved it and decided to give this to a close friend as a gift. And I've ordered 4 more, planning to keep one for myself and give the rest to friends to bring fond memories for them.

Quick service. The photo is clear. Probably my fault but I couldn’t make it fit the ornament so there is blank space. That doesn’t look as good as it should but overall well done

Every year I make personalized ornaments with current photos for my family. I ordered a total of ten ornaments for Christmas 2019. When I first saw them I was a little disappointed that the photos didn't seem to be focused well enough. I had extensive communication with the company and the photomaster who helped me explained the production process to my satisfaction. This representative did everything he/she possible could in order for me to be pleased with my purchase. I gave them 5 stars primarily for that reason.

I bought several of the round, flat ornaments with various high school emblems put on them and the names of the schools. Each one came with a pretty gold gift bag. They are packaged very well. They arrived sooner than I thought they would. The seller is very nice and easy to work with. I will use this site again.
