easy to use, looks professional, and comes with good instructions
This was for a matted photo with glass in front and behind. The width of the framing pieces was exactly right. Since the double glass made it heavy, I added a few more turns and knots to make sure it would hold.

didn't work for my art work
This is a good idea but doesn't work on thick pieces like art on cardboard. I was a bit disappointed and thought the plastic pieces did not seem very strong. I may purchase again but only for art that is not thicker than a standard piece of paper.

Good frame but missing pieces.
The product itself was great structurally but I was never able to actually use it because 3 pieces were missing when the package arrived. I'm very disappointed that the product was missing several key pieces for assembly and installation and that the shipping company didn't catch this before sending it to out.
