Smells terrible but WORKS!
Get the fans running, open windows and be prepared for the smell BUT IT IS WORTH IT! It gets rid of mold soo fast. NOTHING else works like this does.

Wipes out, mold and mildew like no other
This stuff is highly potent and works like a charm. I've used this on tile, grout, shower curtains, and other places where mildew grows. This product won't disappoint you. You definitely want to wear a respirator when you're spraying it or hold your breath until you've sprayed it and then get out of the room until the fumes dissipate.

Gets rid of mildew!
We have recurring mildew in one of our bathrooms. This is the only thing that gets rid of it! We've tried EVERY. OTHER. PRODUCT. in the stores. Nothing works like X-14! Spray it on, wait about 20 minutes, and rinse it off. Mildew is GONE. We do have to treat our bathroom every 4-6 weeks, but X-14 works everytime! Do use this in a ventilated area, and it will bleach any fabric that it comes in contact with. Other than that, this really works!

Worked like a charm on mildew stains on the boat seats from a year ago. Just watch your clothes as it does bleach fabric.

I Won't use anything else
This product will eradicate your mildew instantly. I have used it for many many years. For instance in my shower, I have porous sand-like grout between my tiles. This grout is a mold's best friend. I wash my shower as usual and then apply the product in an industrial spray bottle (From DIY box stores) and voila!Mind NOT to spray too much. A little goes a long way. The bleach odor is strong with heavy application. Be sure to put a fan on or open a window in small spaces.I have sprayed a little on a wash cloth to wipe down other household areas that get mildewed instead of spraying unnecessarily. OPEN YOUR WINDOWS!!!
This stuff works on mold very well, but you better have good cross-ventilation. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER after breathing this in while cleaning. I was told it would make my tile and grout look brand new, but it didn't even phase it, which is why I took off one star.

This is the one product I go to for mold and mildew removal. Spray it on and the problem is gone. Beware...very strong bleach and bleach odor.
