The taste is good, it dissolves in anything (not just hot water like the label says) and it works so well to relax me and then help me get to sleep and stay asleep. You can mix different things with it to make it like a mocktail. Some reviews said to mix with tart cherry juice so I tried that and it is so good! One part tart cherry juice and one part sparkling water and it is such a nice mocktail to wind down at the end of the day and get a good night sleep.

This is the best tasting magnesium powder I've found. I look forward to drinking it every evening and it definitely takes the edge off enough to allow me to fall asleep.

Very effective but too expensive for the amount

I’m always on the search for a health focused, non alcoholic drink and this fits the bill. I was taking a magnesium glycine supplement by pill, but this brand putting it in an effervescent form?! I’ll take it! Pro tip, you do not need to mix it with a carbonated drink, it will flow over your cup, oops! Mixing with water is great, plus the berry flavor is nice. I have been adding a little tart cherry juice and I’m asleep in 30 minutes after drinking.

I drank this for a few weeks - haven’t noticed a change in my relaxation. Sleep hasn’t changed much - not sure if I need to keep taking it or if I’m just not noticing the small benefits. Regardless, it tastes good !!!

I love this product. I have trouble sleeping and this magnesium powder helps me relax enough to settle down for a great nights sleep. No need to take a sleeping pill. Great flavor too!
