They are the perfect size for my hand and I believe from a petite to regular size hand. If they slip and fall they will not break like me old jade Gua Sha piece. It’s easy to place too much pressure so be careful not to hurt yourself when using it. Due to the metallic material the cooling sensation is great too. I don’t know yet if these will rust or hold the test of time. For a few weeks they’re still like new and in their own pouches.

These are fantastic! Three different sizes & shapes that work perfectly for every muscle. One for precision with sharper edges, one with a bit duller edges, & one that fits perfect in your hand for smaller surface area coverage. They all fit nicely in my hands, with many different options on each piece for different muscle areas.I use them all the time. They glide perfectly over areas without catching or scratching.These work quickly to massage sore areas & ease stiffness.Thinking about getting some of these for friends.

I had a jade Gua Sha set that broke in half within a matter of a week, lame. I didn’t want to get another stone set, but I loved the benefits of using them...then I found stainless steel versions and this one is the clear winner!! They are big enough to give me good grip and I’m able to use them on my face, neck, and whole body. I love them and am super happy with this purchase. They are solid, sturdy, and well crafted. They even come in the own velvet pouches. Nice touch. Highly recommend!!

I am pleasantly surprised over the weight and thickness of these tools. I got these for gua sha on the body for clients as stainless steel is durable and easily sanitized.

Be careful. It is easy to be too aggressive and do more damage than good. IASTM takes time. It is not a fast fix. But it works over a couple of months. This set is great and fits in your palm so you have great control.
