I was disappointed a bit. I know it said "unframed" but the picture shows it with a black border. When I opened it, it was in a cardboard sleeve envelope that says "screen protector." which, whatever, that's fine, just confusing at first. It did have a small bend in it, but it's not super noticeable. It's definitely smaller than I expected for the price. Like others have said, I probably could have just printed this at home myself. The spelling error that others mentioned was corrected luckily, because I didn't read the reviews before buying. It's a gift, so I am both underwhelmed and happy with it I guess. Mostly because my friend is obsessed with Friends and she is redecorating her room with a Friends theme, so she'll love it. But, if I was buying as a poster, it's definitely a tiny version and I'd look for something bigger.

When I ordered this it had a black border which I thought it was framed. It was not. It was just a piece of paper that looks like it was copied. So disgusted as it was supposed to be a Christmas present. To me it’s worth what the cost of paper copy

For some reason I thought that it had a frame. I was going by the photo and not by what the description said. So my bad on that part. But I wish it did have the frame

My son was excited to order this as a gift for my wife. Delays in shipping can be expected in mid December. Quality of the product and packaging cannot.Description says this is printed on card stock, but the quality of card stock is low, more like photo paper.Item was packaged in a bag, with no cardboard support for the poster. Of course, this is going to get bent and damaged in transit.Needless to say, my son, who chose to spend his hard earned money on this was disappointed.

I loved the picture, but because I didn't read the description box well enough I thought it was going to be a lot bigger than it actually was. It is still a nice gift but was just hoping it would come in a MUCH bigger size.

It’s super cute and I put it in a white frame! My friend loves Friends so she will love this and understand the references! One thing was that I didn’t like was that they packaged it with another item and it ended up getting bent a little, but luckily it isn’t noticeable!

It’s great for a gift for someone else but make sure you get a frame too. For myself I was hoping it would be a little bigger. I should have read the dimensions better.
